Fantboi is an independent fantasy and horror film festival held in Sant Boi de Llobregat. Its aim is to showcase emerging voices and auteur films often excluded from commercial circuits, combining screenings, educational activities and cultural events with a strong local identity and a contemporary, critical perspective.

The current edition of Fantboi takes place from May 7 to 10 under the theme “Vive la guillotine!”. This year the festival pays tribute to French cinema and becomes its most politically engaged edition, using fantasy and horror films as tools for critical reflection on the current social and political climate.
