The festival is committed to a cinema of authorship, of ethical and aesthetic commitment, of creative freedom, which explores and experiments with new narratives and forms of audiovisual representation. Throughout the 11 editions that make up the festival, filmmakers committed to social and/or environmental aspects have been given a voice. Beyond entertainment, it is committed to cinema as a tool for reflection, awareness and learning, both on a personal and collective scale. It promotes a cinema that reviews our historical and audiovisual heritage, our past, a cinema that makes us experience and rethink our present situation; however, a cinema that helps to shape the imaginary of our future.
