IMPACTE! Human Rights Film Festival of Catalonia is an independent sociocultural initiative that aims to stimulate debate and social awareness through quality films. Human rights are increasingly taking center stage: every day, more abuses are coming to light, and every day, the public is becoming more aware of them. On the other hand, cinema is a powerful tool for raising awareness; it allows for the dissemination of dramatic stories, the exposure of injustice, and the awakening of empathy in distant audiences. Every year, IMPACTE! brings a selection of films that combines compelling content with cinematic excellence.
